Our one day cycling tour is liked by many as it provides us the opportunity to understand the rich cultural diversity of the city. Visit wonderful historic sites, ancient temples, shrines and local villages. This tour specially gives you the privilege of approaching the city directly to understand everything about the places in up-close.
Trip in Detail
We will begin our trip after a good strong breakfast. Starting our trip we head for Chobar Gorge situated about 9km far from the valley. In this place you’ll find out about the mythical stories of how the village came to existence. Our target is Adinath Temple the summit of this place from where we will be able to see some lavishing views of the Kathmandu Valley.
After reaching our first stop we than paddle to Kirtipur another old town situated 10km far southwest of the valley. We will ride our cycles through every nooks and corner, the small alleys. Interesting places like traditional houses, old shrine and temples of this town. Even though they are not so far from the city you’ll be able to see the people still honor their old lifestyle and cherish the culture happily.
Now, we had back after witnessing the diversity that comes in city/outskirt and also the lifestyle of people around the place which is quite intriguing.
