If you choose to venture into Upper Mustang Trek, you enter into a restricted area, previously allowed some 200 trekkers through annually only. While the trail is just amazing and rewarding, its barren and rural landscapes are also going to be equally demanding for you, in the sense of confidence. However the trek itself does not go to extremely high elevations and not physically very demanding, the relentless afternoon winds can be your challenge.
