Located at the Western-Terai of Nepal, Bardiya National Park covers an area of 968 square kilometers. Bardiya National Park is considered to be the largest and least distributed wilderness spread in Terai and is predominantly Sal forest sprinkled with tall grasslands. In fact, this National Park is bounded by the Churia Hills on the north and Geruwa River & Karnali River on the west. Here, your chances of spotting a tiger are highest where you also can see the other diversity of flora and fauna. Mainly, you will get a chance to observe rhinoceros, leopard, elephant, blue bull, swamp deer, langur, barking deer, sloth bear, and Jungle cat, among many others.
