Itineraries

Touching down at the Tribhuvan International Airport, our office representatives will receive you. After a drive through the hustling city, you reach the hotel. After freshening up from the day's journey, you can explore the Newari heritages in the city.

An early beginning of the day, we make our way out of Kathmandu heading towards the picturesque city of Pokhara. The 30-minute flight takes us above the hilly landscapes with mesmerizing views of the Himalayas as we reach the valley. After a brief rest at the city, we continue our journey to the town of Beni.

Making our way out of Beni, we head alongside the Kali Gandaki River to Darbang. The village is well-known for making “Khukuri” which is a traditional curved Nepalese weapon and is often used as a tool in households for varied purposes. Setting off on the pleasant hilly trail out of Darbang, the journey ascends towards the hamlet of Khop before descending towards Dharapani.

A pleasant day as we begin our journey making our way towards Lamsung. Exiting Dharapani, we, once again, enter the forested trail. Apart from a few clusters of settlements, the area is uninhabited and sees little to no traffic at all. Enjoying the pleasant scenery en route, the journey ascends past several streams and gorges resting at Lamsung.

Enjoying the views of the rhododendron trees, we quietly ascend through the hilly landscapes. Similar to the previous day, the trail up here is completely isolated. As the trail heads towards Jaljala, Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Gurja Himal (7,193m), Churen Himal (7,385m) alongside several other peaks appear on the horizon. The day comes to an end with the beautiful views of the sunset over the Himalayas.

The day begins with a lovely descent as we make our way out of Jaljala towards Khahare Khola. Crossing the river on a suspension bridge, we continue our journey alongside the river ascending through the mixed forests towards Dhorpatan. Dhorpatan is situated in the middle of the forest and offers great views of the Himalayas. The bio-diversity around Dhorpatan also entertains us throughout the trail.

Today, we take some time off to explore the surrounding landscapes before making our way towards Phagune Phedi. Making our way through the pleasant forested lands, we also take some time to explore Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve. The reserve is home to countless animals including the Himalayan Thar, Black bear, barking deer alongside several endangered species like Musk deer. The reserve offers a lovely respite from the long days of the trek. After enjoying the day, we make our way towards the Phagune Phedi for the night.

The day begins with stunning views of the Himalayas as we make our way towards the Phagune Danda. Located at an altitude of 5,500m, the hilltop offers mesmerizing views at sunrise covering the world's tallest Himalayas including the stunning Dhaulagiri Himalayan Range. Enjoying the views of the sunrise over the mountains in Dhaulagiri, Gurja, and Chure alongside the surrounding Himalayas. We then begin our descent making our way back to the forest crossing Phagune Phedi en route.

One of the easier days of the journey, today, we make our way to Gurjaghat. Heading out of the hunting reserve, we continue along the trail amid the dense forest. We make our way slowly descending through the forested lands all while enjoying the pleasant landscapes. Still, deep into the forests, the trail is entirely isolated all the way to Gurjaghat.

Making our way out of Dhorpatan, we once again pick up the hilly trail ascending from Gurjaghat. Reaching the top of the hill we take a short rest looking back at the closing valley while also enjoying one final glance at the Himalayas. For the remainder of the journey, the trail descends through the quiet forested landscapes. We make our way towards Patichaur while maintaining a steady pace.

The final day of our trek we make our way out of Patichaur heading towards Darbang. The journey slowly exits the Dhorpatan region heading past thinning forests and increasing settlements. After trekking for around 5 hours, we arrive at Darbang. From here, we take a bus making our way towards Beni. Finding the banks of Kali Gandaki River, we head past pleasant hilly landscapes back to Beni.

The day begins early as we make our way out of Beni headed toward the city of Pokhara. Along the banks of Kali Gandaki River, the journey takes us back to the picturesque city. Reaching Pokhara, we head to the hotel to freshen up from our travel. After a brief rest, we can visit the attractions in the valley including the famed Davis Falls, Tal Barahi Temple, and Gupteshwor Cave. We can enjoy the evening at the banks of the pleasant Phewa Lake.

Depending on your options you can either fly or drive back to Kathmandu. The flight takes about 30 minutes and offers you a chance to explore the valley on your own. If you choose to drive to Kathmandu, you get to enjoy the views of the beautiful hills alongside the tranquil Trishuli River. Either way, you arrive at the capital and freshen up at the hotel.

Taking sometime early in the morning we make our way around the valley and enjoy the cultural part of the city. In time for your flight, our representatives will drop you back at Tribhuvan International Airport. We hope you had a lovely time with us and we look forward to seeing you again.
